Scout/Parent Summer Camp Meeting
We will meet as a group in Room 307/308 on Tuesday, May 31 at 6:00 pm. It is very important that all Scouts, and at least one parent, be present for this meeting. We will be collecting paperwork, reviewing needed items for camp (such as the footlocker), going over expectations for camp and providing Scouts with their class schedules. We look forward to seeing you there.
May 10 - $100 - Past Due, please remit as soon as possible
June 7 - $125 plus any class fees. Edmon will be emailing parents/Scouts with the remaining balance soon. He will also include information regarding your Scout Account so you can access those funds if you wish.
Merit Badge Classes
We will discuss more at our May 31 meeting, but the good news is that everyone got either their 1st or 2nd choice for all of their classes. Michael and Edmon were able to get all First Year Scouts into Swimming and First Aid. Please remember that there are fees associated with a number of the classes (Cooking, Shotgun Shooting, Archery, etc) that will be part of the final payment for camp
There are many forms that must be turned in for a Scout to attend Summer Camp. Please make sure that all of the following forms are turned in as soon as possible. We would like to collect the majority of the forms during our meeting on May 31. All forms are due no later than Tuesday, June 28.
BSA Physical - You may have already submitted Parts A & B; however for a Scout to go for a week long camp, we must have all 3 parts completed. Please note that Part C, must be completed by a physician and cannot be more than 1 year old at the time ofcamp. We are asking that you turn in all 3 parts to us, regardless of what you may have submitted to the Troop
Insurance Card: A copy of the front AND back of your Scout's insurance card

All Scouts get a T-Shirt as part of their registration; please go to http://goo.gl/forms/FoK3rSx02N to order the T-Shirt. Any orders not placed by May 24 will get a size Large. Edmon will be emailing those who have not yet ordered their shirts.
