Annual Planning and Canoe Clinic - this Saturday May 17th

Annual Planning is upon us. This is where the Troop plans all of the next years activities - from Campouts to service projects and other details. The entire Troop is welcomed (and suggested) to participate - it is the PLC who does final voting on events. Note PLC members are *required* at Annual Planning meeting.

After Annual Planning, we'll also be holding a Canoe Clinic in preparation for the June Canoe campout. As such, both will be held at Falls Lake. Annual Planning starts at 9am, Canoe clinic starts at 1pm.

If you are going on the June Canoe Campout, attending a canoe clinic is *required*. We'll have a make-up day scheduled, but this is the preferred date.

Donuts to kick-off, and lunch will be provided for Annual Planning attendees.

We need everyone to signup (either Annual Planning, Canoe clinic, or both) so we have a headcount for food and canoe count. Please sign up online at this link

NEW INFO:

Unfortunately, the gate asks for $6 entry to Beaverdam, even for drop-offs. I've asked for leniency with the main office, but they declined. We'll see if we can request leniency with the gateperson tomorrow, but no guarantees. Try to carpool if possible - I'll be emailing a list of attendees this evening.
