PLC Minutes for Tuesday, September 2nd 7:20-8:05

• Next week- Troll- Scout Skills Soccer

• 2 weeks- Shotgun- Not planned yet

• 3 weeks- Back to future- First Aid

• IP Activity- First Aid race/relay

• September:

  • Troll - Promotion - have flyer and sign-up sheet made already

  • Shotgun - Program - no campfire, need vespers and cracker barrel

  • Back to Future - Logistics - nothing yet (can email Mr. Mcdonald for info)

• October:

  • Troll - Logistics - getting canoes from other troop, try to acquire extra canoes locally, figure out tides

  • Shotgun - Promotion - Promote campout, flyer, sign-up sheet

  • Back to Future - Program - no campfire, vespers, possibility of small MB opprotunities

• November:

  • Troll - Program - campfire, vespers, decide who goes to wall at what time, number of groups, possible service project

  • Shotgun - Logistics - food, drivers, gas $, how weblos get to camp

• December - no campout

• Service project - think of service project ideas

  • Possibilities- Raleigh rescue mission feeding the homeless. Tuesday open dates for this are september 16 and 30

  • Burger cook off should happen but needs to be planned out more, need more logistics worked out
