January Winter Sports trip to Snowshoe, West Virginia

Post date: Dec 7, 2016 3:39:04 AM

Ok guys, one of the most exciting and popular annual Scout trips is upon us. We're headed to Snowshoe again - because it is some of the best skiing and snow-boarding you can do in the East. Troop 350 only does the best.

It is not a cheap trip, plan accordingly.

NEW: Costs are as below. Add $30-$40 Scout cash for food (Sat lunch/dinner and Sun lunch). Add $55 if you want professional ski/board lessons. If you currently own ski/board gear or season pass, your weekend becomes that much cheaper.

Ski rental and lift, hotel and gas: $217.

No ski rental, remove $49 = $168

No lift ticket, remove $78 = $90

If you have never skied before, have no fear. Our oldest Scouts continue on this trip because they learned to ski on their first trip as first year Scouts!

Parents are more than welcome to come with us, in fact are highly encouraged to drive if you have a capable SUV. Note, parents are welcome if they participate as a driver. Parents as passengers take seats away from a potential Scouts' experience.

See you on the slopes, but sign up NOW! Signups will close very soon because we have to finalize costing.
