April Wildnerness Survival Campout 4/13/18 - 4/15/18

The Troop 350 April camping trip will be at the Falls Lake State Recreation Area the weekend of April 13-15, 2018. This campout will focus on wilderness survival skills and the Wilderness Survival merit badge.

We will be camping in the Blue Heron group camp site at the Shinleaf campground

Planned activities:

• • Learn about wilderness survival skills such as finding/making shelter, building fires without matches, signaling for help, treating water.

  • Build a natural shelter and spend the night in it.

  • Capture the flag.

  • Volunteer shoe-box camping on Saturday night.
